Is This Trekking for Me? How Difficult is the Luxury Annapurna Circuit Trek?
The Luxury Annapurna Circuit Trek begins in the lowland area of Besisahar and includes crossing Thorong La Pass (5416m), the highest pass in the Annapurna region. In terms of difficulty, this trek is considered moderate to mildly challenging.
To prepare for the trek, we recommend daily exercise to ensure you're fit enough for the journey. You'll need to be ready to walk a minimum of 5 hours, with some days requiring up to 9 hours (especially on high pass days). Engaging in regular activities such as running, cycling, or walking for 1-2 hours each day will help improve your fitness level.
This trek is suitable for newcomers as well as those without prior trekking experience, making it a great opportunity for anyone eager to explore the breathtaking Annapurna region!
The Best Time for the Luxury lodge Annapurna Circuit trek:
The ideal months for the Luxury lodge Annapurna Circuit Trek are from October to December in the autumn season and from March to May in the spring season. Among these, the best months for crystal-clear weather and stunning photography are October, November, April, and May.
June and September offer less crowded trekking conditions, making them a good choice for those seeking a quieter experience. While July and August are considered the rainy season, some trekkers still choose to embark on their journeys during this time to enjoy the lush greenery that the monsoon brings.
